   Living in a colder area where dead batteries love to surprise you at the worst possible times, I wanted something dependable—and this thing delivered. . It jump-started our SUV effortlessly, and later helped out a neighbor with their diesel truck. Both started right up—like magic, without a tow truck or waiting around in the cold.
   It’s basically a mini power station. The USB Quick Charge ports are perfect for keeping phones or tablets topped up, especially during road trips. The kids now think it’s part of our essential road gear, the built-in LED flashlight is surprisingly bright. It’s also awesome as a safety backup in the trunk.
   The jumper cables that come with it are no-fuss and smartly designed. No spark drama, no confusion about what’s what—just clip on and go. Makes it beginner-friendly, even if you’ve never jump-started a car before.

   I haven’t had to use this Amcelooy Car Battery Jump Starter yet, but it’s reassuring to have it on hand for emergencies. The 3000A peak power should be more than enough to jump-start my vehicle if needed, and I love that it works for both gas and diesel engines up to 8.0L.

   The smart jumper cables add an extra layer of safety, and the built-in 4-mode flashlight is a great feature for nighttime use. Plus, the USB quick charge ports make it useful for charging phones and other devices on the go.

   So far, it seems well-built and easy to use. Hoping I won’t need it anytime soon, but it’s great peace of mind knowing it’s there!

   These small battery jump boxes are great to have. It is 3000A peak power. This should be no problem jump starting most vehicle batteries. This battery jump box also has a flash light built in with a few different modes. Not only that it has usb quick charge ports. This is great to have in an emergency. I used a similar device to help keep my phones charged during a power outage. I now have one for every car. This is one thing I think more people should have in their vehicle in the event of an emergency. I look forward to using this while I’m camping to keep stuff charged if need be.

   This 3000A peak jump starter exceeded my expectations! It jump started Lincoln Navigator without any problem.

   It’s simplistic (good thing) the smart jumper cables are foolproof. The USB quick charge ports are super handy for phones, and the flashlight with multiple modes is great for nighttime emergencies. easy to store, and a must-have for any vehicle. Highly recommend! – One note of caution, in the summer months, strongly recommend you check the charge at least 1x month. Batteries and heat just dont like one another.

   This booster really feels cheap, from the plastic housing to the power button and cables. It claims up to 3000A but I question if this is true, I boosted a 5.3L Chev engine at -10 degrees and while it did start the vehicle it took everything that booster pack had.

   Something that is very different from all the other jump packs I have used is the battery capacity of this pack is only 37Wh where most others are over 60Wh. The cables are only 10 gauge wire where as most other are 8 gauge. for a similarly sized booster pack.

   It does come with a nice case a USB-C cable and a 110V power cube to charge (this is very rarely included and a nice touch)

   All in all if you are in a cold climate I would not rely on this for larger 8 cylinder engines. The battery capacity is just too low for my liking with this unit.

   First off, I will say that it feels like the company put more into the packaging and case than into the product itself. The unit just feels kind of cheap and hollow – it’s also very light. I was able to jump start one 4cyl car in the cold that the battery was just low from sitting… However, it wasn’t able to jump start another 4cyl car with a dead battery. Letting it sit attached to the battery for a while helped a little, but still ultimately wasn’t able to turn the car over fast enough (without sitting, it barely clicked – no crank what-so-ever). These jump start boxes all really need to include the boost button because they’re often not powerful enough without them, especially trying to start a larger engine or an engine with a totally dead or missing battery. By comparison, I have Gooloo units that I can hook up to a large V8 engine or diesel without a battery at all and have it start it no problem with the boost button. If this unit is 3000A, it really doesn’t seem like it. Again, maybe with the help of a boost button it could do a better job. If your battery is just a little too low to turn the engine over fast enough, this will possibly do the trick – but anything more than that and it just doesn’t supply enough power. I will say, I do like the included case and thought the box/packaging was nicely done displaying a decent amount of info. The digital readout is very clear and overall it’s very simple to use. The cables do feel a bit light duty, as does the rest of the unit, but I guess that’s to be expected. It would be odd to have real heavy duty clamps/cables and a light duty unit itself, or visa-versa. The flashlight isn’t real bright, but I guess it could be helpful if you don’t have a light handy. I can’t say that I’ve tested the glass breaker – really hope I never have to. Maybe with higher quality cells it would be better off? I would just enjoy seeing improvements in it’s output power/functionality and build quality. Using higher quality materials would be a welcome change. I’ll still keep this in one of my cars, because it’s still a lot better than nothing, but it by no means leaves me feeling super confident. I certainly won’t be leaving it in my truck – it’ll stay in a small 4 cylinder. Would love to see the company improve upon the product in a potential next version with some tweaks/upgrades it. I could look past the cheaper-feeling build if the unit packed a punch power-wise as it does have a decent case.

   I used this to charge my battery and though it did a good job charging, it is a slow charge however, it’s better than nothing. It was easy to use, great for emergencies and comes with an instruction manual. Great functional tool overall.
