    Went to charge this, haven’t needed it until now since purchasing in late a January of this year. After charging I found the screen no longer showing charge percentage, and went to power it on and nothing. Totally dead, will not charge phone or car battery at all. Hoping the seller will make this right but be forewarned.

    I got this to keep in my car just in case my battery dies and I didn’t have anyone around to give me a jump. These little lithium-ion jump packs are surprisingly punchy considering their diminutive size. In my experience, this jump pack performs exactly like the others I’ve tried; plug in the cables, hook it up to the battery, and you’re good to go. There’s a giant display indicating the jump pack’s state of charge, an emergency flashlight/strobe light helpful for finding your connections in the dark, and a bevy of USB outputs in case you’re in a real pickle and need to charge your phone when your car is totally dead. All pretty standard stuff. The hard carrying case feels very sturdy, but it is a bit of a tight fit to stuff all the cables into it. Now I do have to admit the construction is a bit on the cheaper side as far as plastics quality, but I think this is really intended to be an occasional-use item. I would have liked to see some shock-resistant rubber around the pack to dampen drops, and the terminal clamps are a little bit chinsy. But all in all it does the trick.
