   First time trying to jump my 6.5 liter diesel, 1.5 lower than the cap. Melted within 15 seconds. Please someone give me my money back or at least send a replacement. This is pure garbage. Company replaced my product due to internal issues. Got the new one and it worked like a champ!

    I’ve had mine for a few weeks now and it has worked great the times that I’ve needed it which has been awesome the one thing that I knew was going to be trouble was the way that plug sticks out at a 90° angle and sure enough today the connector broke, leaving me stranded at a store with my dog and no leash and I had to walk a mile home in the snow. I really should have seen that coming though so it’s my fault for not being better prepared but I really do think that the way the alligator clamps plug into the side like that really needs to be addressed. It would be nice if I could buy just that part but I really don’t think I can so I guess I’m stuck having to buy another one. The bad thing is my Jeep is sitting in the store parking lot with two of the windows down and now it’s raining and snowing LOL.

    Need to jump start your mower or car, ? No problem.
    Need to charge your phone but there’s no power around? No problem
    Need to use the tire compressor but it only plugs into the old cigarette lighter in your truck? No problem.

    This thing is very useful for multiple purposes. It doesn’t take up a lot of space, should be fool proof, weighs next to nothing, can do multiple jumps and charge devices without needing to be recharged after every single use. Well worth it.

    DONT BUY! Product was defective & manufacturer did NOT stand behind their product! ezysurvival.com however, was a tremendous help! Thank you ezysurvival.com! I purchased this product in late Dec. 2024. In accordance with the instructions, I attempted an initial charge of the unit. The power indicator consists of 5 arrows, corresponding to 20% for each arrow. (3 arrows would indicate 60% charge, 4 arrows 80%, and so forth) During my initial charge, no matter how long I left it on the charger, I could only achieve a capacity of 4 arrows (80%). Again, in accordance with the instructions, I charged the unit at the 3 month interval to maintain the battery health. Starting at a level of 4 arrows, the charge level actually DECREASED to a level of 2 arrows, where it now remains no matter how long I left it on the charger. I need to also mention, the unit is unused. I have not used it yet to jump start a vehicle, not once. Swapping out various cables & different chargers made no difference. I will submit a claim under the included 12 month warranty, & report back with the results. Update: I reached out to the manufacturer Grepro, at [email protected]. I provided a detailed description of the problem, with pictures & the serial number. They responded ONCE with the statement “We show that you have refused to receive mail, so we need you to provide the delivery address.”, which I immediately provided on the same email string. That’s the last I heard from them. They ignored me after that & NEVER sent a replacement. They do NOT honor their 12 month warranty. You are taking a big risk if you spend your money in this product. I ended up buying a 6,000A jump box from another manufacturer thru ezysurvival.com. Arrived within a few days & this one achieves a full charge. So far, so good.
