Would recommend this product and company. We have purchased a total of four of these jump starters. Had a problem with one not working properly. Emailed the company, even though the purchase was outside the return window, and received prompt response. After a few conversations regarding the product Hompow replaced the faulty jump starter with a new one. Email exchange was friendly and very helpful.

Works great as long as there is some juice in the battery. Won’t start a large displacement motor if the car battery is totally dead but that’s not a frequent occurrence. Works great for smaller displacement regardless of car battery level.

This is a great product a little large but works great and seams to have the stated battery capacity 20k mah. Unfortunately it does not have a 12v power outlet which I need but the 3 USB ports work great. The light is just ok,, charges in under2hrs on 65w usb c outlet
