   It is new, but I had to use it. Had a vehicle that would not unlock the doors. No dash lights. Had my concerns. Last time I had a power box and it would not do much. Maybe got 1 try before it gave up and just dimmed the dash light when I tried the starter. Now, this thing, Put on the Positive power post and a car ground (not the battery posts). This whizzed the car motor over and started right up. Amazed!
   Easy to carry around and doesn’t take up as much space as my battery box does. I have ready to take every time I go. Do not leave in the vehicle. Left a OBD 2 scanner in my car over the summer and now it’s a brick.
   Anyways, a good product. Got it on special or lighting deal. Have not used anything else, but it does have ports for usb’s and a power (Cigarette lighter) adapter.

   I usually don’t write a review but this is sooo good. It was super cold and my battery was dead. I should ask roadside assistant and waited them for 2 hours. that guy just brought this item , jumped my car and gone in 1 mins since he showed up. I bought this item and my battery was dead again and I didn’t have to ask the assistance anymore nor wait. it worked very well!! Easy to use for women.

   I had a relatively new battery but my truck wouldn’t start so I purchased the HPBS 12v 2000A it was amazing I connected the cables and turned the key the truck started right away. The battery was bad 350 cold cranking amp should’ve been 650. I highly recommend this charger. Great value. Good size, easy to carry. Easy to use. I gave it 4 stars because the jumper cables are short, just an inch or two longer would be perfect. I am still pleased with the HPBS 2000A quality and performance .

   I ordered this battery charger in February 2025. I had no need to charge a battery until recently. The charger failed to start my son’s small Nissan pickup. His battery charger worked perfectly. Of course, the window to return this charger had long passed. However, the seller reached out to me and offered to send a replacement charger. And it arrived very quickly. I’m in search of a battery that needs charging so that I can try it again. So, the 4 stars is because I haven’t had a chance to use it yet. But the customer support was quick and flawless! If it starts a vehicle, or mower or side by side I will go 5 stars.

   A year ago I looked into buying a battery pack for my vehicle but didn’t end up buying any because I couldn’t find one for under $150. Then last week I went to leave for work and my battery was dead. I went in ezysurvival.com expecting to have to pay $150 at least, and saw this one for $60 plus a 30% off coupon. I was skeptical because that’s a big price difference but I figured I’d try it out. I was surprised when it arrived, the case it comes in is very good quality and compact enough that I was able to fit it under my trunks floor board with my spare tire. It’s a hard case wrapped in some kind of tough fabric, with a smooth zipper closure and a zipper mesh cover on one side to hold cables. It even has a flashlight! It arrived at 86% charged and was brought to full charge overnight. Luckily I haven’t had my battery die again so I haven’t had the opportunity to actually test it out so I can’t comment on how well it actually works, but I have no doubt it will get the job done.

   I’ve had mine for about a year and I’ve used it several times to jump off a lawnmower and jump started my son’s Toyota Corolla and it’s worked great. You have to check it monthly to make sure it’s charged because I went to use it a couple of weeks ago, and it was totally dead, so I charged it, but it took almost eight hours, very slow to charge. Overall a good product.

   I’m very impressed. I have an 03 Buick with a V6 and the battery was totally dead, no “click” even. This charged to 100% pretty fast and it started my car after about a minute of being connected.

   I needed to use it later same day (how I learned my alternator is out), same thing: a minute later, engine popped off.

   I’m writing this the day it arrived, I’ve used it twice today and overall I’m very impressed. For its price, it’s better than it should be. I was nervous the small model wouldn’t be enough to start my car, but my hind-end was saved twice today with it. I’ll sing its praises for as long as I have it. And no, I was not paid to gush great things about it, it’s a little cheapie device that actually works, I’m always floored when that happens.
