   A battery is like peaple and struggle and or weaken when temperatures are extreme. That’s when our vehicle most often needs a jump. This jump starter does not accommodate that; it goes into protection mode and will not function when you need it at temperature extremes. My unit over heated when tried to use in Phoenix summer heat and would not function till it cooled off after several hours. This is not a garage/trunk/glove box vehicle device where temperatures are beyond the manufacturer operating spec of 32F – 104F (see pic) . I live in Phoenix AZ and this unit failed to function (over temp protection) because it was well above 104 degrees everywhere except my air conditiond home where I do not store my tools. With record temps being recorded year over year all over the world;
   this device is probably good for perfect timing in perfect places. Definitely not good for the 95% of the rest of us.

   I’ve had this pack since January this year and it’s been a life saver.
   Firstly, my car battery was going out going into winter and I knew this I was just trying to get to taxes, 2-300$ at the store, dealership quoted 400, anyway for the, I got it on sale, 120 bucks it got me through the rest of winter and has continued to be useful. My wife’s coworkers vehicles constantly needs jumped and I’d so much rather her use this than try to use their dusty cables. Also it says good for 40 jumps I literally just leave it in my car. I charge it like once every other month? Maybe? I guess it just depends on your use if I use it more than like 3-5 times in a month I charge it up obviously but it never drops below half charge. I just toss it in my trunk and forget ab it. It’s also a great power bank so if I need my phone charged I can just toss it in w my bag it’s really not heavy or cumbersome at all, super convenient. 10/10 every time.
