I’ve had the lower model JNC for over 10 years and loved it. The battery was starting to get weak and not hold a charge like it should. The aftermarket batteries had mixed reviews so I decided to upgrade to the newer unit that has a few more features. The old one didnt owe me anything but I still have it because it still works. I wouldn’t buy any other brand of jump box.

Looked into these for awhile and the Clore units seemed the most consistent in satisfaction. I was replacing a ~10yr old diehard unit that was never really sufficient for cranking over a bigger diesel but worked for everything else…that was a requirement for its replacement. Out of the box with a fresh charge this easily jumped my dead powerstroke that had been sitting for months. Time will tell on the long-term durability but it seems well made and while the bag it came with was nice I’m not sure it’ll ever see it. If there was one downside it’s the size/weight but that’s par for the course.

Worked like a champ at first. Now I’m just past a year and it no longer jumps even a small car. Product life is just as good as a cheaper Walmart version. Except I could have bought 2 from there which would have gotten me at least 2 years.

Everyone is envious of the 770. We have a couple 660’s in the shop but everyone loves the 770 that I bought for my daughter for her truck.
The 770 has just that much more power with a digital readout and USB power taps.. It comes with a well made protective cover and is a bright orange so i can spot it if it isn’t where it belongs. a great tool for the money
