Complaints I’ve read about this Jump Starter all seem to be the Fault of the consumer/user. Read the OM and follow the directions for usage. It will solve most of the complaints I’ve read here. So far great product, did the job as needed.

Big irritation! The product description doesn’t tell you that you need an extension cord to plug this in and charge it from an outlet! What the crap?! Craftsman couldn’t include a $3 cord so that you could charge it but make you go to a store and fork out more than that? ADD the cord Craftsman, don’t be CHEAP! and ezysurvival.com, let people know that they’ll need a cord to plug this into the outlet to charge it.

First off, I love the quality of this charger/jump starter. Most on the market today are frail and break easily, but this Craftsman feels like it’s built tough. It had more than enough performance to turn over my dead LS3 Camaro, and the built-in light helped me to see what I was doing. Charging is incredibly easy and safe. I would recommend this to anybody looking for a jump starter or just a little peace of mind while on the road.
