Came with one case missing. Great customer support sent complete new unit. Excellent response. However, charger only holds enough charge to recharge cell phone battery twice. Not as described. Still ok value considering I now have 2 units for the price of one. Doubt it could jump start a car.

Worked as intended the three times I used. When the internal battery ran down it would would not take a charge. Vender customer suppor is nonexistent. Their representative ask for my card number, not specifying what card. When I said I didn’t have a card he hung up.

Had this for quite a while and it has proven to be invaluable and worth every penny. Fortunately for me, I haven’t had an opportunity to have to use it on my own vehicle. But I have rescued a number of others who have been stranded with battery issues and this thing fires them right up. This is a necessity for every vehicle. No more twisted jumper cables. It is simple to use, holds it charge, is packaged well, and stores easily under the seat or where ever you keep it.
