I have many Dewalt batteries. After testing, I found that a 6Ah battery can easily start my 6.0L Chevrolet van. Today, I even used a Dewalt 12AH flex volt battery to start my big truck, which surprised me because the jump starter I bought, rated at 3000A, couldn’t start this truck. However, this is not difficult to understand. These jump starters, which claim to have a peak output of 3000A, only have 18000mAh of energy, which converts to just 44.4Wh (12000mAh x 3.7V). I have even seen some jump starters that claim 4000A but only have 88.8Wh (24000mAh x 3.7V). The Dewalt 12AH battery has 240Wh (12Ah x 20V), which is far higher than these jump starters. I don’t know why they label the current so high, but this DOPOLLO product is definitely a beast. If you use a genuine 12Ah Dewalt battery to start your equipment, it will be an exciting and interesting experience.
