I walked her through the process after watching several YouTube videos about her car and although she was terribly afraid she’d make a mistake, she was able to jump start her dead Mercedes Benz E 350. The size is compact – not too bulky. Easy to store and use. She was able to get several jumps before needing to recharge. It didn’t work at all in jump starting my car. I would not advise anyone to purchase this item. Unfortunately, I missed the deadline to return the Jump Start so I’ve wasted my time and money! I had to call a shop to come out to jump start my car and they said it’s best to purchase a professional level jump starter to guarantee it will work properly, he said it’s $25 – $45 more but is well with it!
