   I bought this for a winter trip across the Nevada/California desert Mojave Desert. I didn’t want to be left stranded should my battery have problems. I didn’t use it then, but later, another car’s battery died. I used this and it turned the engine over with a vengeance. This thing is powerful, awesome.

   Now comes the storage and waiting to see if it holds a charge for the next time I need it. I really like the durable case. Highly recommended.

   I’m happy that I purchased the T8 MAX jumpstart battery from Fantik and I do believe it is a high-quality device which I’m going to put in my daughter‘s car for peace of mind.
   However, when reading the instructions for initial charging, step one says to “Plug the wall charger into the universal socket”.
   I’m a little disappointed to see that the wall charger is curiously NOT included in this purchase. You have to buy that little slice of technology separately… for another $30.
   I’ll probably go ahead and purchase the wall charger as well so my daughter is better equipped to manage charging the battery. I can honestly say that It’s really not the extra $ that’s bothering me. It’s just that I can’t help wonder how this wouldn’t be considered an essential component included with their product? So, I guess this is just a heads up for anyone else who might overlook this little detail like I did.
   *I would still recommend this jumpstart battery, but it could have been a 5 star review otherwise.

   A car battery jump starter is like a fire extinguisher, something you rarely ever use but you’re thankful to have when you do need it. This is the flagship model from this manufacturer. Well rounded and feature packed device that’s only marred by the value proposition. Included in the package: -car jump starter/ powerbank -Red/black battery clamps -car charger, USB Type C at the end of the 41 inch cord and standard USB port at the base of the charger -USB Type C to USB Type C cable, 47 inch tip to tip The ezysurvival.com product page also lists USB-A charging cable and microfiber storage bag but neither was included in the box and neither were mentioned in the user manual. Pros. -Everything feels premium and quality and the shortcuts that have been taken to reduce costs seems reasonable. -Very easy to use with a large LED display showing you all the relevant status information at a glance. There’s even a quick guide printed on the rear (bottom) of the unit. -Thanks to the boost mode (marked as Override Mode), it can start a completely drained car battery. This is an important feature to have, it gives you the ability to jump start a completely dead battery, something lower tier and weaker jump starters without the feature can’t do. -Convenient LED light built into the device that gives plenty of light for under the hood work and can also switch to an SOS white light flasher or a red hazard light flasher mode. -Can function as a power bank to charge USB devices, 100 watts charger function from the USB type C port and an 18 watt charger function from the standard USB port. -2 yr warranty when others only offer 1 yr. -Long standby time. 2 yrs is the listed standby time for a full charge and still being able to start a vehicle but that’s probably too long of an interval, you’ll more than likely forget about it and have a fully drained device when you need it. Although the manufacturer suggests topping off the device every 3 months, you could get away with topping it off every 6 months or even yearly as that might be more convenient. Cons. -This is their flagship, premium model but it doesn’t include a storage box. It was disappointing considering the retail price and much more affordable options with similar specs includes a storage box. The manual lists an “advanced/gift” variant of this product that comes with an included storage box but as of the time of receiving this review unit, no such product variant exists for sale. -Home charger/adapter for recharging the device isn’t included, only the car charger/adapter is. You are expected to recharge the device with your 12V car outlet or already own a high wattage USB type C power adapter if you want to recharge the device at home. A 65 watt USB type C home charger (what I had on hand) took about an hour to charge from the 28% I received it at to 100%. -Although the red/black battery clamps feel sturdy and well made, they use cheaper iron based metal (magnet sticks to it) that is plated with copper for the clamp’s metal part and what looks like aluminum for the wire (7 AWG marked). It gets the job done but gives a bad impression to an otherwise premium product.

   I work in a body shop and decided to go with this since all the professionals jump boxes are twice the price. I’m glad I went with this box. Everyone uses it at work since it’s simple to use. We constantly have dead batteries all the time almost everyday. I’ve had mine for 2 years now and it works perfectly fine. I did drop it and it landed on the cables side of the box so that’s a bit loose now. But still works like new

   Gave this as a Christmas gift to my husband because he is very hard to buy for and I have been pleased with other things I have purchased from Fantix. Well with this bitterly cold weather his truck would not start so he decided to give this a try. Hooked it up and the battery was only registering 3 so he hit the boost button and the truck started right up. He was super pleased with it and said it was much easier and quicker than dealing with jumper cables or a regular battery charger. Really happy with this purchase

   Works on dead battery not on broken battery. When I first used it didn’t work? Because the battery had a bad cell. The second time I used it the battery was just low and it worked great.

   I bought this just to have in case I ever needed it. My friend’s battery died and I just so happen to have had this unit on me. To explain, he has a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.7 liter Hemi. All it did was click when attempting to start it. Well, I hooked this thing to it…didn’t even hit boost, just hooked it to the battery. He attempted to start it as soon as it was hooked up and it fired right up!!! Holy crap!!! He bought one right then and there. The last jump pack we have seen with so much starting power was my old CAT CJ3000 jump pack. That thing was a beast but it seems it has been dethroned.
