   I bought this based on the recommendation of a review site I trust, and it looks like their testing has come through again. I’m very happy with this purchase. The battery in my Corolla is nearing the end of its life, and I push it by attending drive-in movies fairly frequently. That means sitting for 2-3+ hours with the engine off and accessories on, listening to the movie through the car stereo. That’s asking a lot of a car battery that also powers the parking mode of a dash cam! I bought this during Prime Days, charged it annd stuck it in the trunk, and I’ve already used it twice! Both times, my engine turned over immediately. This little beauty has more than enough oomph. It’s very simple to use, if you’re at all used to jumper cables, and the size and little carrying case are great for an emergency kit. This is a great 21st c. replacement for the jumper cables I’ve carried for three decades. No more waiting for someone else, no more worries about properly positioning your car(s) so the cables can stretch. After two jumps, the battery light is still on full bars, so I haven’t bothered to charge it again. We’ll see how many jumps it takes to get down to one bar, just out of curiosity. I haven’t had to use the flashlight or other charging abilities, though I did test them, just in case. As always, if something changes one way or the other, I’ll update this review. ~~~~~~~~~~ Update after two months of owning it: I’ve had to jump it at least eight times now, and the battery is still more than halfway charged! It is still showing 3 out of 4 bars as of this morning. I’ve decided not to charge it until it goes down to one line (or I replace the battery), just because I want to see how long it will go. Hopefully, I’ll be able to get a new battery before it runs out. As always, I’ll update if anything (else) extraordinary happens.

   I have had a Gooloo jump starter since 2017, almost 8 years. I have only used it a few times but it has always worked great, from a 4 cylinder to a big V8 engine. I recently had to go jump start my daughters car on a rainy night when she was stuck at work and everyone else had left. After sitting in my trunk untouched for a year or two it still showed 100% and after jumping her car showed 98%. (I always recharge to 100% after I use it, before putting it back). I am very impressed with the Gooloo devices and have bought them for my wife, son, and now just got a 4th for my daughter to keep in her car. Very good for a piece of mind on keeping your loved ones safe and much better to be self reliant than having to ask strangers for a jump start.

   This is a must have for anyone who drives. It comes with everything that you need and so much more. This is our third one to buy and with our kid starting to drive we knew he had to have one. What you get – The actual battery pack – A strong and durable case that protects it – Detachable jumper cables – A USB C cable to charge it. This can also be used to charge your phone if you have a USB C on your phone How to use it This is incredibly easy to use. While it does come with a charge, I recommend that you charge it before first use. Once charged you can just store it in your car till you need it. It comes with detachable cables that hook up. They only go in one way. On top there is this little light that comes on letting you that it’s ready to use. When you hook it up to the battery that same light will tell you if you have connected the jumper cable correctly to the battery. If you have there is a button on the top that you can hit to give the battery a little umph to charge a little faster. What’s on the actual battery pack There are a few plugs that you have with this jumper. To start you will get the plug for the actual jump starter cables. This is the blue one You also get a charging plug, to charge the battery pack. Three USB plug to charge your phone or any device that you can run out of a USB. One of them is a USB C so you can hook up your newer devices. A barrel plug output. A flashlight that turns on solid, flashes SOS and flashes on and off A battery charge indicator
