   *UPDATE* GooLoo Customer Service followed up with me and sent a replacement unit which works perfectly. I tested the faulty connector with the new jumper pack and it still doesn’t work so it was just an issue with the connectors. I’m happy to see GooLoo stand behind their product as these jumper packs are amazing and very convenient. I even use it as a phone charger while camping and my other units have jumped everything from cars to large tractors. Guess I should have had a dead battery within 30 days of buying this thing. Once I actually needed it, nothing happened. The unit is fully charged and will charge a phone with the USB plugs and led light works but it won’t jump a dead battery. Jumper cable connector shows green when you connect the leads to a battery then it immediately goes red. Tried multiple batteries, no change.

   Works great and starts car fast. Dead battery not a problem for this little jewel. Only had this power pack a few months and needed to use. Everyone should have in their vehicles. Buy and be ready for emergency.

   It started my 99 7.3 international power stock first time with completely dead batteries. I am impressed and would recommend this product to anyone. Yeah it’s warm out like 85 but still it didn’t even drop 1 bar on the battery. Also it’s not rated for this truck they say the biggest you can go is 7 liters on a diesel.

   I really am glad i got this. I have used other jump boxes and they would take to long or won’t work on my car so i’d still have to jump it the old fashion way. It is compact about 8 ins by 1 in and has its own case that you out that and the jumpers in. Performance wise all i have to do is hook it up to my battery and hit the boost button and go start my car. It was definitely worth the money spent. It also has two usb ports to hook up other chargers as well. My only complaint is it does take a while to charge fully. Safety I’d rate high just don’t touch the leads when charging and you’re fine. Over all a great product.

   I bought this in May of 2022, and promptly forgot that I had it. I went looking for it this afternoon when I discovered the battery on my Camaro was mostly dead and produced nothing but a clicking sound when I tried to start the car. The box hadn’t been opened, but the unit still registered a 75% charge. I plugged it in and let it charge for a bit, but got impatient. Even though the last charge light was still blinking, I decided to give it a try anyway. Hooked it up to the car battery with the jumper cables provided, and the car started right up. Works like a charm. What a great product to have in an emergency!
