   I purchased this just two weeks ago after the severely cold temperatures in the North East killed my 6 year old battery in my Jeep. I got jumped and after replacing my battery, I order this item due to its great reviews on the Project Farm YouTube page. I just got to use it today on a strangers mini van that wouldn’t start due to the cold temperatures and dead battery. It powered the vehicle back up and only used 1 bar doing so. Great! Glad to know it works!

   Very pleased that the Gooloo GP4000 was able to jump my 2006 Prius’ dead battery (though it did require the Boost button and a couple tries/patience to allow the GP4000 to get enough juice across). And as a bonus for when I haven’t scrambled out of the Prius too quickly and failed to properly depress the car’s “Power” button to shut it down, I’ve found a good alternative use for my Gooloo GP4000: It works as a battery pack for my Oculus/Meta Quest 2 headset, enabling longer untethered gaming sessions. Right now, I’m just stashing it in my cargo pants/shorts side pocket, connected to the headset using a 6-foot USB-C cable, but I may look into a fanny pack or some other holster-like solution not dependent on the clothes being worn. (Will update this review once I get into a game for an extended session and can report the time difference between the built-in Quest 2 battery and Q2+Gooloo GP4000.) NOTE: * Quest 2 drained from 100% to 20% in 2h10m * Gooloo GP4000 lifted Q2 battery from 20% to 39% during next 2h30m of usage (gameplay & video streaming), with Gooloo still showing 4 bars of power (to be continued)

   I bought my Gooloo JumpStarter Power Bank a couple years back, I pulled it out ever 6 months to keep it charged, though it held its charge very well needing minimum time to recharge. We’ve had a cold spell and we haven’t driven our spare vehicle for nearly 2 months. I went out to check it and tried to start it….click. click click, click. The battery had drained out from the cold. I ran and grabbed my Gooloo. I hooked it up to my battery followed the directions. My vehicle started up like a charm. It works! No more looking for another vehicle to jump me, I’ll use Mt Gooloo from now on. Buy this!

   Bought this thing 5 months ago, charged it, put it in the trunk. Today I had to use it (listening to the radio for several hours while waiting for my spouse). SO SIMPLE, hooked it to the dead battery and then cranked the car up. Worked like MAGIC! Engine spun just like the car battery was fully charged. DEFINITELY glad I had this thing and so happy I didn’t have to hunt down someone to get a jump, even if I did have cables. You NEED one of these!

   I’ve had this jump starter for over a year and have jump started several vehicles with it – so far it has not let me down.
   It is small and lightweight, and fits easily under the drivers seat of my car. It comes in a rectangular zippered hard case which has a small “footprint” – it doesn’t take up much space. It comes with a USB C charging cable, has a couple of USB out ports, and has a handy built in flashlight.
   To use the jump starter, plug the cables into the side of the unit, connect the red cable to the positive + battery post, and the black cable to the negative – battery post, or a suitable ground. Pust the “Boost” button, and start the vehicle. The jump starter does have “reverse polarity protection” in case the cables are connected to the battery backwards.
   The only thing I don’t like about the jump starter is minor – it takes a couple of hours to recharge using the provided USB C charger.
   Overall I give this jump starter an “A+”

   Received the new Gooloo GP4000 today. Unpacked, saw it has 4 of 4 charge bar strength. My truck is a 1997 Ford F250 C/C 4×4 7.3L PSD, and its 6 year old Duralast batteries were to weak to start. Connected the Gooloo GP4000 and truck turned over fast. Started the engine with no problems. The GP4000 was now at 3 of 4 charge bar strength. Charged it up to 4×4 with my PC’s GPU usb-c port. It charged to 4×4 in about 20ish minutes. This one test let me know the GP4000 is a beast of a jump-starter. Carefully placed the GP4000 in its convenient carrying case and stored it my truck. I ordered a UGREEN 100W USB C Charger. It should arrive tomorrow. I will store in the same case as the GP4000 for future use.
