Very durable product. This is the first time im using it. I’m glad i order this as my car has have trouble starting battery several times due to the fact that i forgot to close my car door when i leave. The multi functions that this unit comes with is very useful such as usb rechargeable for cell phones. The air pump function i also find it very useful as i remember one time i was driving i had a flat tire and i was not close to a gas station. Thanks goodness there was a random person that had a portable tire pump that i was able to use. Now with this unit I have the tire pump fuction, usb rechargeable, and battery jumper all in one. I’m glad i bought this unit. Im thinking of buying one for my parents as well. Great product overall.

I bought this item brand new. I charged it and let it sit un-plugged for two weeks and the battery was dead. The instructions say to un-plug the unit once it’s charged but doing so will leave you with a dead battery when you need to use it. Keeping it plugged in all the time could cause the battery to overheat and swell. The end result is another expensive product that fails when you need to use it. Threw this thing away.

I like this product a lot. it’s not amazing at any of it’s features except being a jump starter but it’s decent at all of them and gets the job done so for it’s size it is exceptional. it is small and easy to store and will do everything it is supposed to so in a pinch it’s exactly what I needed for tricky situations. will run most of my power tools if I can’t find a power source and it’s important enough. for tge price I am very happy with what it can accopmlish

I’ve only used it for jump starting a truck, and I’ve done that 5 times. It’s easy, quick, and efficient. I would highly recommend it for that feature. I have not tried any of its other capabilities, but it’s worth it just for that.

This product was amazing out of the box… The tire inflator, a secondary reason for purchase, has already become the primary contributor to my happiness with this product. It’s been used twice, in the role of good-samaritan, and I have been a hit at the office once after a colleague needed a battery jump. I am not a hit at the office. On a serious note, this is a great system and I would purchase it again if necessary.

This is an overall nice little power source. Only issue I have is that you have a plug in adapter that you must plug into an outlet and then plug in the other end into the power pack. Then there is one you can use in a cigarette lighter style plug. Why could we not have a small extension style cord that could plug into an outlet, or a male plug on the back that an extension cord could plug into. I just dislike having small parts and pieces that can get lost. So far the unit has preformed great!

I was using my generator at shows when I didn’t have electric. This time, I went to use it and it didn’t do anything. I charged it the night before and went to plug in some fairy lights and they did not turn on. I then tried my square reader, again it did not turn on, the. I tried my phone. I tried both with the normal plug and the USB and nothing. I even tried turning on the LED lights on the generator itself and only one of the lights came on not both. I have only had this since January and it is not september and it has stopped working.
