Got the unit because two car batteries were dying and service calls were both inconvenient and costly. It’s already proved completely worth the price.
The instructions weren’t as clear as they might of been, but the unit is all but trivial to use. Connect the jumpers to the battery, press BOTH buttons simultaneously — a green “start now” screen lights up — and turn the car’s ignition. key. Vroom vroom.

I have a hybrid SUV which doesn’t have enough battery power to jump other vehicles so I always keep this with me. My gas powered car, which I don’t drive very often, had its battery die recently and bringing it back to life was a breeze. I hate jumping cars normally, it always feels so dangerous, but doing it without having to deal with super giant clunky cables and getting the vehicles super close and dealing with all that was just so much easier. It’s super compact and easy to tuck away. The fact that it doubles as a power bank is nice, but is unlikely to be it’s regular use just due to how heavy it is. In an emergency though, it’ll be great to have on hand.

Jumping a card has became a process. This one takes the confusion out of performing a jump on a new car with all the electronics. Just hook it up and it tells you when you are ready to start your car. I have only owned it for a short time so unsure about the life of the battery. They recommend you charge it every 3 – 6 months. Unsure what keeping in a cold truck or car will do to the battery life.

I’ve had no issues with the Hulkman jumpstart so far. I work at a car auction so I inspect multiple cars a day, especially dead ones. At a minimum it has done at least seven jumpstart a day for me. And only seven because I haven’t jumpstarted anymore. Great Product!!!
