   Edit: have started multiple stranded cars with this, it is a beast. Just not my own car luckily…

   This product is extremely well designed and well built, everything about it just oozes quality. The fit and finish is fsntastic the functionality is great and it has fast charge in and out and 12v dc out with included car charger outlet, really great, holding it feels really solid really high quality materials and great simple design so easy to use. I love it. It’s exactly what i wanted and while it was more then i really wanted to spend it has everything i wanted plus some extras and i bought the carrying case in a combo so it all came out pretty pricey about 150$ after tax but the whole deal is acceptable to me because the quality is impeccable and i want to be able to start my car in emergencies and have the added benefit of the fast charge power bank. Im a happy customer. Unless the time comes that my car bat dies and this doesn’t work… lmao that would suck but i honestly feel confident in this product at this point, I’ve tested its charging and it’s fast charge for devices i have not tested the car starting but i may do that soon

   I wake up at 5:45 AM and my wife is saying her car doesn’t start. We’ve both got to get to work and it’s 20 degrees outside. I go out in shorts and slides with a flashlight and a prayer. Her hood is frozen shut, we pry that open. I get out the Hulkman 85S that’s been sitting in her trunk for 6 months since I bought it. Connect it up. Car starts first try.

   Clutch.

   Also important is that this is easy enough to use that she can do it by herself with no help. Big plus for us. I like that it can keep her phone going too if she gets stuck somewhere (we both have long commutes). Glad I got it! Probably will get another for my car as well.

   High quality jumper, they included a super super fast charger in the box. It came with 85% charge out of the box and it charged to 100% in around 10 minutes. Blows my mind High quality screen, fast charging, the packaging is premium and the jumper seems premium. I decided to get this afte buying the chinese jumpers for around $50-$60 that kept failing after a year. Lets see how this one works, i will update this review if this fails. The only con about this, as other reviewers mentioned is that, they dont include a storage box/bag with it. The packaging box it comes in is premium and could be used as a carrying case to store it in ur car but they should have included the regardless, if you go to their ezysurvival.com store (buy clicking their name at the top of the product page, left hand side), they do sell bundle with the case and this jumper for around $160 or so versus $180 if bought seperately. Definitely buy the bundle, it saves you money on buying a seperate case. Overall, i think its good and i would recemmend it.

   I got this by seeing one of my friend for jump start, amazing product to keep it at home or vehicle all the time. it’s performance outstanding, not only car you can carry for anything to get charge like laptop, phone, etc…check at once home before you assume. but product is sold. They could have included a good carry case, that’s why 4 star.

   The 5-page manual does tell you most of what you need to know. The high points are also printed on the back of the HULKMAN. It works a little differently than the older jumpers that were plug and play. My car(’16 Outback 3.6) battery(Optima red-top AGM) was dead so I hooked it up: I get a blaring beeping and a flashing #2 icon. This made me instinctively disconnect the clamps before something blew up. Back to the manual (or backside of HULKMAN): #2 means your battery is dead. NO SHIP SHERLOCK!!!! That’s all fine and well, but it wont actually apply power to a completely drained battery until you force it by pressing and holding down the two buttons for 2-3 seconds and get the “READY” light. This is when it went to work. My headlights told me the HULKMAN powered the car instantly. The gauge on the HULKMAN dropped down to 78% after I cranked it. The car did not turn over and the gauge cluster went dark. Back under the hood, press the buttons on the HULKMAN for another force start, car wakes up again, I jump in quickly and crank it, car starts this time, HULKMAN drops to 60%. It seems like instead of recharging the battery, it becomes a bypass power source to get the car started if your battery is completely dead. Once you know how it works, I guess it’s ok, unless it’s not supposed to do this, then it’s not ok. TLDR: RTFM > rinse> repeat CONS: I too had a problem with charging the HULKMAN. Out of the box it charged fine from the outlet. Problem arose after I first used it to jump my vehicle (cooled 2HRS before plugging it in ). If I had the USB-C plug connected to the unit before I plugged the adapter in the outlet, it would not charge. If I plugged the adapter in the wall first, then plugged the USB-C to the unit, then it started charging. I could not replicate this problem later. HULKMAN recharges normally now, so I will say it was user error for now, but keep an eye on the USB-C port. Pay attention to the screen to verify it’s actually charging – for all the beeping it does when you don’t want it to, it’s silent when you plug it in to recharge the HULKMAN. Lastly, it comes with this little blue sticker tab on it (PIC). I thought it was for pulling up a protective film, but the whole face came up when I pulled it. There are some screws underneath, but I see no reason to ever open this thing. Otherwise, build quality seems very good.

   Bought this to keep in my car just in case. I used it to help a few people jump their car and it works perfectly. It works instantly! I love the big screen and the ability to charge other devices. I really like that it just charges via USB C, I really don’t need another charging cable hanging around. Holds a charge really well too! I had it in the car for months and it barley loses any juice. the light on it is super bright as well, makes me feel a bit safer keeping it in the car.

   I was in the market as I had an older lead acid jumpstarter that no longer worked. I was skeptical about this one since I wasn’t sure about lithium ion. However it’s been great! It has enough power to jump a mid size SUV (Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0) 700CCA battery multiple times. It actually saved me recently when my battery went out. I had this with me when the battery went out and was able to use it to jump the battery 3 or 4 times on a single charge. It also works well for an air pump I have. I use the power port adapter to plug in my air pump and air up my tires without having to run the vehicle and idle it while I check my tires. I use the same adapter for an air mattress air pump to inflate a queen air mattress for camping. It’s backyard camping for the kids to stay in the tent but also provides a way to charge their Kindles too. The light comes in handy for all modes. Love the quick charge feature too. Handy at the beach for inflatables as well, but just as great for deflating as well. Well worth it to keep in the car with a case. Get one for every vehicle just in case.
