   This jump pack is pretty powerful and jumps everything with ease. Works great everytime. I had one that went bad after only a couple months of having. Emailed customer support and they were willing to ship a new one out. Would recommend to everybody because they take care of their people and they have amazing products.

   To start off with I’m a farmer which means half the time a mechanic and fighting equipment not starting. A couple years ago with purchased the name brand booster pack GB150. To be honest it’s been a love hate relationship as warranty has replaced it twice due to issues and just doesn’t perform as we expected. We needed to have another portable battery pack so started looking for alternatives. I came across the Lokithor J401X which is advertised smaller than the one we already have. The price was right so wanted to try it and compare. Pleasantly surprised!!! The build quality is equal to the more expensive but the Lokithor has much better display, light, and charging port options. The battery clamps are high quality tight springs. The screen is bright and easy to view. The led light is bright and nice feature. USB C is much nicer than alternatives. Smaller in size than competitor. This obviously doesn’t matter after first opening booster but the packaging is top notch!! I felt like I was opening an Apple device! Nicely done Lokithor! I will keep testing but currently have jumped side by side, truck, diesel service truck and booster still shows 75% battery. As it stands currently I will grab this booster over the $300 competitors any day.

   Es ist nicht so, dass wir es regelmäßig brauchen, dann hätten wir andere Probleme. Aber nachdem ein Plugin-Hybrid einen Totalausfall hatte, weil die 12V Batterie leer war (obwohl voller Hochvolt Akku), sagte der nette Abschlepper beim Plugin Hybrid wäre so ein Jump-Starter Pflicht. Damit hat er das Auto auch wieder zum laufen gebracht.

   Nunmehr haben wir es tatsächlich nochmal beim PHEV gebraucht und helfen auch regelmäßig in der Nachbarschaft, wenn ein Auto nicht startet.

   Überraschend ist, dass der Ladezustand auch mal über etliche Monate der Nichtbenutzung recht konstant bleibt. Die Spannungsanzeige ist eine Hilfe bezüglich einer ersten Diagnose.

   Empfehlenswert ist die dafür passende und sehr robuste Tasche, in die alles sauber verstaut werden kann.

   I got burned with a competitive jump starter when my car wouldn’t start in a -15F winter morning. After buying this I was able to test this out with my Camry during a 3F winter morning. I left the jump starter in my car overnight outside, unhooked the car battery and connected the Lokithor. The screen displayed the current internal temp as it heated itself up to its operating temp which took about 10-15 seconds. The Lokithor was able to get the car running on my second attempt.

   I am happy with this unit since it gives me the peace of mind that I won’t get stranded even in the harshest conditions. Note that this does not come with a carrying case which I did end up ordering as well.

   Wanted to charge the unit, but not matter what method I use the unit will not power on. I’ve only used it one time. It’s about a year old. I was charging it every couple of months to keep it charged, but it will not longer work.
   However, the company contacted me about the problem, and was able to get the issue resolved.

    I’ve been nothing but impressed with this unit. I’m buying another for our other car as well. One of my co-workers battery went dead this summer and I offered her this unit to get her to the auto parts store to have a new one installed. She ended up using this Lokithor J401X for three days straight before she got to the store for a new one. Impressive! I also just used it on a totally dead battery in -11° F and the SUV popped right off. Super impressive!! I’m sure I’ll keep putting this unit to the test for years to come.

    My unit was used once to start a Ford econoline van. Worked as advertised.
    3 months later I took the unit out of the closet to test and make sure it was fully charged as we were going on a road trip. The unit was dead and would not take a charge. I contacted customer service as the unit is still under warranty. They asked for video proof that unit was bad. Sent them several videos and descriptions, copies of invoices. They have not resolved the issue and have stopped answering emails.
    Crap product, crap customer service.
