I apologize if I missed the fact that this did not come with an outlet plug. My car is DEAD and I have not idea how to charge this thing. Was it supposed to come with an outlet plug? I have the cigarette lighter plug but my car is not charging. Please respond. I will be more than happy to change my rating once I understand how to charge this without a outlet plug or am I supposed to go and buy one and which one?
Just called the company and I have to go buy an extension cord. Added expense after paying $200. Heading to Home Depot. Really disappointed.
