   I appreciate all the functions and ports, fortunately, I haven’t had to jump start my SUV with it yet. I bought it because my sister bought one and has been stranded 2-3 times. She said that it worked; that sold me on it because we have rough winters here in the Northeast, and I’m a woman who travels alone often. I believe that it would help me if ever stranded because of my sister’s testimony and recommendation.

   My car had sat dead in the driveway for nearly two months. A call for a jump start would have cost more than this item. I can keep it in the car door slot next to my umbrella. My only (very small) issue is that I ordered the grey and received the red. So pleased with the results!

   But it thinking I’ll use it when in a pinch. Guess what? When tried turn it on after 6 month and full charge. It didn’t work. Disappointed

   We really liked the Jumpstart initially. We used it mainly as a flashlight. A few months after the 1 year warranty expired, the on/off button quit working. I contacted customer service to see if there was something I could do to fix it or anything else they could suggest and have never received a reply. So now totally useless.

   I bought two as Christmas gifts. I’ve used mine own a couple of times. So quick to connect and start your car. Best part is that you don’t need another vehicle close enough to old style cables to reach. Just bought another one for second car.

   I honestly have been surprised at how sturdy this product was (I don’t know why, but I was worried that it would be cheap I guess). The flashlight is very bright and throws the light a long way. The battery charger seems easy to use and was not intimidating for someone who has never charged a battery before. Seems very well designed. I wasn’t thrilled with the price, but I guess that I would certainly pay that amount if it got one of my family members off the side of the road and to somewhere safe. Happy with this purchase, although I cannot say how the battery charger works yet as we have not had occasion to use it.
