It took me way longer than it should have to jump my car. I got the thing set up and the green light went on. Thats good. Then I went to start the car then nothing happened. I had to go back out and remove then reinstall the charger. Same thing. I got it to work on the 3rd try after scratching my head as to why the green light didnt come on. I realized that the safety or something would trip after about 1 minute so I had to start the car before the safety tripped. Worked just fine but the instructions were a bit vague.

Son came home after a week away, was a cold week (below zero F). Hooked up, light went green, would not turn the car over. Hooked up my plug in charger/starter, started right up.
