Like the title says, they sent me a package that had been opened. It had greasy fingerprints all over the plastic innards of the package. This was supposed to be a holiday gift so I obviously can’t give something like that. I hate returning things so I’ll test it out to see if there’s an operational reason the last person returned it. So far the QI charging feature is iffy at best. Sometimes it connects and sometimes it doesn’t. I haven’t had the opportunity to jump a car battery yet. I’m not happy with this to say the least.

Was exited to show my mom how to use it incase her battery dies. FYI you can plug in the jumper cables backwards. It burned out the unit and nothing worked. Waste of money.

I have used this product twice. Listening to the radio and didn’t know my back door was open drained my battery both times. The first time I had help using it. The second time I didn’t. The instructions should include: crank the vehicle while the light is green during the 30 second window. But I’m glad I figured that out. I’m very happy with this product. I hope it has several more uses left.

So far this jump starter is an awesome find. It jump started my 2009 Toyota RAV4 with no issues. The additional feature of wireless charger for electronics makes the purchase even better. Very compact and easy to store
