   As a professional automotive technician, dead batteries and cars that don’t start is a daily reality for me. Up until now when I needed to jump start or “boost” a battery to start the vehicle I would carry a large and heavy “Booster Pac” that weights 35 pounds to the car. When I saw this booster I had doubts. I can’t help myself but I still have a mentality that a tiny little battery shouldn’t have the power that a large heavy one does….but I was wrong. Multiple dead cars started right up with this little device. The booster features a digital display panel that shows battery percentage and “ready” indicators. It includes jumper leads that plug into the output port and some usb cords for charging. The unit does not include a wall charger. The unit can be used as a power supply for charging phones or other USB powered items via it’s onboard USB ports. There is also a flashlight integrated in one end. This would be a great item to keep in a vehicle for emergencies. The only thing I would improve on this booster is that I wish it had a wireless charging pad integrated into it. I especially like the carry handle that folds down on the top. For the price and for what this booster is capable of, I rate it 5 stars.

   I use the Battery mostly as backup during power outage. And when I am on the road, I put it in the trunk as backup battery. I especially like that it has the UBC-C port with 60w, which is enough to charge my laptop. The included flash light is also appealing. My area got power outage a lot and I plan to use the battery so that I can continue to use laptop and cellphone hot spot. I haven’t use the jumper yet but I like it that the clamps are detached from the battery so that I don’t need to carry the bulky clamps. It is basically a great power bank.

   This booster pack is larger than your typical glovebox booster pack. The size is backed up by the fact that there is a bigger battery inside (according to the markings on the battery 20000mAh/74Wh). I’ve had smaller packs not work well or not work at all when trying to jump start a cold, dead car. I jumped a car with this pack and it worked flawlessly. I’ll have to wait for a very cold day to test this pack on a cold, dead battery to give it a challenge (will update with results). The clamps have strong springs and the flashlight works well since it is a diffused lens (flood pattern). It is perfect lighting for working under the hood while trying to connect this pack to a dead car’s battery. The flashing red light is bright and will give other drivers on the road ample warning in the dark. I recommend using a high output USB-C power supply to charge this pack to reduce charging time.

   74Wh Lifespan 1000 cycles (posted on the product) that sound like a LiPo Battery. Might open it up later when it is near EOL to see what’s in it.

   The big thing with this unit is the USB-C is the real deal with PD 60W OUT and IN. This means Fast charging this unit and fast charging of other stuff. (It’s a real pain with other units that only charge over slower USB-c protocols, but not with this one, it’s the main reason I got this unit and am very happy with USB-C.

   The DC outport is the standard DC5521 12V 10A very nice to have as this is a Universal power port for other electronic devices. The light is nice, bright, and as advertised. The only thing I wish it had a steady on red light (would be great for camping).

   IDK who wrote this product description as the math doesn’t add up but I can tell you the unit is legit.

    I got this for the Subaru Ascent, and I actually ran into a battery issue where I had to use this and they had a hard time starting the car. I was a bit surprised given it’s claimed power. The Ascent is a Turbo 4 cyclinder but the battery pack wasn’t able to deliver enough power to turn. I had to turn off all radio, light and closed the door and finally it could jump start the car. I know you’re suppose to shut off everything when jump starting a car, but I thought this battery pack had enough power that I didn’t need to turn everything off.

    It’s nice feature it can act as a large flash light when working on the car in the dark and it can act as a battery pack too. But I’m a bit disappointed at the starting power.
