   My grandson went off for college and I wanted him to have some security being away from home. It’s amazing these little units can jump a dead battery or pump up a tire. I keep one like it in my car. It’s great it comes in such a nice case. And how simple it is to use

   I received this item as a Vine Voice for my honest review. In our family, my son in college took one of our cars and we have the other so in the past year I’ve picked up car battery jumpers and tire inflators. Obviously you lose your jumper car with only one car here! Or there! This unit looks nice and has a nice case. I’m worried about it though because it had 2 bars when we first plugged it in to fully charge and it took 12 hours!!!! Our other things never took that long. The last bar seemed to take FOREVER! We used a 5V square block power bank (old iPhone, listed to use on a lot of items). The directions give no indication on what power bank you should use and a custom power bank is not included. It wasn’t included on our other devices either but we knew what to use and it took a fraction of the time. I reached out to the company to report this and to ask about the power bank. I have followed up also. All I get is we are asking our technical team and we’ll get back to you. It’s been probably 10 days. They should know this, include it in the directions, and definitely have a way to answer questions on a new product in a reasonable amount of time. I also reported that when we used the tire inflator for 4 tires, it was 2.5lbs over each one we did. The last 1 we just adjusted the machine down 2.5lbs but this was a test so we wanted to do most at the right air pressure. The temperature swings in Phoenix make it so tires are adjusted quite frequently. Make sure you have a tire gauge and don’t blind trust this device!!! Our other tire inflator is almost right on. It did stop itself but obviously it’s calibrated wrong or something. I asked them if maybe I just got a bad device but again, I haven’t heard back. I don’t have to reach out too often being a Vine Voice, but if I’m going to give an honest review then I’d like to give the company a chance to respond and resolve if need be. Most have been great! No one wants to do business with a company that’s hard to work with. Also, I informed them I was Vine and needed to do a review relatively soon. So 2 stars at best. It looks nice but I’ll be honest, my son will get the other ones (separate devices) and we’ll keep this one. UPDATE – I finally heard back from the company and they said to use a 5V 2A Power Bank and they would expect 5-6 hours on receipt. I have a 5.1V 2.1A Power Bank, so assume that’s what they mean, so that is what we will use. We’ll write this in the instruction book as we will never remember that. THEY need to provide this information and put it in their own instruction book! They still have to get back to me on the 2.5 lbs over on the tire inflator. I’ll update again when I do. They finally did and after quite some time and acknowledging the inability to get any engineering answers, they sent me a replacement. Unfortunately the tire inflator is still drastically off. One pound under on initial and then 2lbs over once inflated to the correct pressure on the “automatic” unit. So to us, might have been better for them to focus on one element. And definitely test them better and refrain from selling until corrected! Each tire does the exact same thing!
