   Hello, this is actually my first review on anything that I’ve purchased anywhere and this is a must today. I’ve have my previous megawise jump starter for a little over a year and here recently just doing my usual charge to maintain the battery, I could not get it to charge no matter what I tried. So my very first thought was dang gotta purchase another one, then I thought to check with customer service which I am very happy that I did. After a brief chat with ezysurvival.com I was informed that I would receive an email from the seller. I was contacted by Brandy the very next day asking for me to verify my mailing address so that they may send out me another one f.o.c and no need to send in damaged one. WOW!! Blew my mind and here 2 days later I received it and happy as can be. I will recommend this product and seller. Hats off to you guys, Thanks!

   Nice pouch holder containing the jump starter. Starter was fully charged. Very easy to plug in to the battery terminals. Ford Taurus’ battery was dead, and the car started right away. Very pleased with the results.

   Box dented never came with protecting cushion . Came with white cord and no instructions on the lining between cable and battery like it shows. Possible used sold as new haven’t tried it out yet.

   I have an EV6 with the dreaded ICCU (like an alternator in a gas car) issue. I’ve had both recalls done. I’ve still needed three jumps since the second recall a couple weeks ago. This little charger jumped the last two times (same day!) without being recharged in between.

   So it definitely works well. I’m recharging it now and it pretty quickly got to the 4th light blinking, so it probably used ~70% for those two jumps. A gas car might require more juice, though, to actually crank the engine instead of merely powering up electronics, so it might not handle multiple jumps for your car.

   Also handy that you can easily use it to get a quick read of your battery (mine was 7.1v before that second jump).

   Bonus: The case fits in my little EV6 frunk, so it’s a relatively small item to store in your car.

    I was finally able to charge my device with my old Samsung Galaxy S7 charging wall plug, using Megawise’s cord. At first, it would not charge with my newer phone or s21’s wall plug with phone’s cord. The device and charger got hot and stayed with only one light blinking for a long time. I finally switched to my old Galaxy S7 charger and used Megawise’s cord and finally the first light is solid and a second light is blinking. If that doesn’t work, try a computer or use your phone as a battery. Type c to type c etc. Or look at the watt info of the galaxy s7 and get a similar device. Or buy the universal 5v ac charge. (But who knows, maybe the Galaxy s21 charger was working and I got impatient 🙂 lol)
