   It has been fairly reliable after relying on it many times. It didnt work every time but that could be due to other issues. It has saved me many many times. Too many times….
   It could be smaller and the plastic is weak. A corner broke off and has a crack but still works. Also the pincher clamps that go on the battery broke as well, the plastic again. So the plastic must be weak so dont drop it. Still works tho

   This is a really cool jump starter. Got this one for the family truck after a cheap one from Walmart saved my husbands butt with his work car. We wanted a better one for our family truck since it’s a big F150 and we need a jumper that can handle that. This one meets the stats, although I haven’t used it yet. Not gonna jump a live battery for obvious reasons. I especially liked this one because the cables double as a voltmeter, upon testing them out they work great. The flashlight is super bright and a nice bonus. The fact that it can charge devices like phones and tablets is neat, but honestly it’ll mean I have to hide it in the truck to make sure my kids don’t kill the charge lol. The case is cool. I like the thick Styrofoam surrounding the jumper, it makes sure it isn’t being jostled around. Overall super happy with this starter. Of course if it goes downhill or becomes less awesome I’ll come back and change the review to reflect that. Update: my battery started going out a month after I bought this jump starter. Cannot even express how glad I was to have it when the damn engine wouldn’t turn over in the groceries store parking lot. I put it on and let it charge for about 15 minutes and then jumped it. Truck started up and got me home. Total lifesaver and easily handled my big ol F150. Fantastic purchase. 10 outta 10 recommend.
