   Well, mixed feelings on this one. I have used it twice. Once to start an old Series 2 Land Rover and once to start a 1997 Toyota Corolla. When starting starting Corolla it experienced a 22% power drain… I find that kinda of a huge drain considering it is a small 4-cylinder with an avg battery. With the LR it wasn’t that bad. My car is a 4.6 V8… I hate to what kind of drain I will experience when needed. I do charge the device once every 3o to 45 days when not in use to make sure it is fully charged at all times. Aside from that, great device, Well made, Light, compact easy to stow and keep in your vehicle at all times. A bit pricey in my opinion compared to other devices but it works

   Love this jump starter/power bank, and the seller. I had an issue with my purchase, as I received it with a broken clamp. I really wanted the device so I reached out to the seller who was responsive and friendly. There was no issue with getting the replacement part and it works wonderfully. Thank you!

   Clamps poorly made, can in broken. Will be sending back and reordering a second one. If the second comes in broken I will send back for refund. Clamps need to be made stronger, need to be made with copper clamps with rubber covers, not junk plastic! These clamps will never last.

   Revised again on 12/20/2024: The company contacted me regarding the broken cable I had. They sent me a new (updated) one that is very compact and solid (see fifth photo). Their support person checked on me several times to make sure I received the replacement. Their customer services is definitely on top of things. I got the replacement just a few days after they contacted me. Product and customer service are top notch! ———————— Revised on 12/1/2024: Unfortunately after a few uses, the red clamp broke apart… and very easily I might add. I didn’t do anything more than just clamping it on the battery post. I can still use it; however, not sure how much longer I’ll be able to. It’s a shame that the material isn’t stronger. I suspect the same thing will happen to the black one since it broke so easily. See last photo for explanation! ———————————– Let me start by saying I think I jinxed myself by ordering this jump starter kit. I got it to keep in my car on the off chance that my battery dies. Well… sure enough… out of the blue my car battery died the same day this jump starter kit came in. Normally I have to get our other car. Pull it up behind my car. Pull out the jumper cables. Go back and forth between the two cars until I get enough of a charge to get my car to start. This time I connected the jumper cables to the main unit. Popped the trunk. Attached the cables. Turned the key in the ignition and it started right up. Normally with jumper cables it might take several tries before the battery gets enough juice. When I used this jump starter kit, it started right up. I let my car sit over the weekend and I needed to jump start it again. Sure enough, it started right up after connecting the cables again. Lastly, having this in the trunk of my car adds an extra level of comfort knowing, if am ever stranded somewhere and my battery dies, I can jump start it without having to hunt somebody down for a jump start.
