   I haven’t used mine yet (got another as a gift, too), but got the same exact model a friend has. I was leaving work, and my truck battery decided to die that day. I went to turn my key, and only a “click”, not even enough to turn the starter at all. I got my friend from inside work to come out and give me a jump start (I had cables with me). Instead, he pulls this out of his car and hooks it up to my battery. I ask him if I wait a minute before trying to start it, he told me to try right away. My truck started up right away! He then told me his starter wasn’t even completely charged (he hadn’t charged it for a little while). That was it, I was sold! Having cables is great if someone else is around, but what about when nobody is around? This thing covers that! Powerful, and has the other features listed. The only thing missing was a charger. It has the cable, but not the plug. So if you don’t have one for this, get that too when you order this (C type charger).

   Have multiple Noco jump packs in vehicles and boats. These handy things have saved me multiple times on boats. We’ll constructed and easy to use. I buy the Noco case as well to keep everything together and compact. Everything I have purchased from the brand is top quality and function. Not the cheapest but well worth the peace of mind.

   Our 2016 RAV4 battery died right before our road trip so I did my research and decided to give this a try before committing to a new battery in the near future. At first, I was disappointed that the red warning light came on and I couldn’t get it the manual override to work. The next step I did was disconnecting the positive terminal connection to the car. Then I was able to slowly charge the car battery. I did this for about 15 mins until I have exhausted the charger. I reconnected the battery to the car and was able to see the dashboard lights! Sadly, this was still not enough to start the engine. My final step was to repeat the previous step by slowly charging the car battery about 5 times (exhaust charger to car battery, recharge with 65watt laptop USBC, repeat). I reconnected the charger one last time after connecting the battery to the car and the engine started! I might’ve been able to get away with only 2-3 times instead of 5.

   Genial. Vale cada centavo. Tuve oportunidad de utilizarlo a los pocos dias de la compra. Es muy fácil de usar, efectivo, inmediato. Al primer intento de usarlo encendí mi auto sin ayuda.    I like this tool because even when my car was DEAD. By dead I mean DEAD lol nothing at all in the dash. I had to open my car with the manual key. This device has a override option to avoid the safety features. It’s not recommended to do so all the time but in case of an emergency. It comes clutch. I have no complains at all when it comes to functionality. I would really like ears on the side to be able to attach the clamps that’s all. I know that it’s included in the most expensive version.

   I purchased this think in 2023 and have put this thing to the test, right off the bat when I first bought it, I helped jump a diesel truck with zero, I bought this for the simple purpose of being able to start my bike on very cold days, which it did perfectly fine.
   Now the real reason for this review was because I had a 2017 Cadillac XT5 that was completely dead and was able to jump it to start. The battery was completely dead and non-reliable, but this little thing was able to be the temporary battery to be able to load it up to a trailer as well as offloaded off the trailer. This thing was able to completely function the car with ease and was extremely impressive. It has been worth every dollar.

   I live in Montreal. I bought the unit last year after seeing my neighborhood use it on his car. I was impressed by the size but somewhat sceptical that it would work but he assured me that it does. I have had it in my car for the last year and never used it. This morning my sister in law’s 8 year old Audi eTron (the original, built on the A3 platform) would not start. It’s -7C and her battery was so dead she had to manually unlock the car. I had almost forgotten that I had the GBX45 sitting in my car. Once I figured out where the positive terminal was in her car (the battery is hidden somewhere) it took only a few seconds for the GBX45 to power up and be ready to boost and her small turbo engine started almost instantly even though the blue snowflake LED was on (solid) indicating that the unit was cold but still operational. I took the unit indoors to charge and it did so at 45 watts for perhaps 3 or 4 minutes and it was fully charged indicating that it was barely depleted. I think that this is an amazing bit of engineering and really, every car should have an appropriately sized unit in the trunk or glove compartment.
