   It came with zero charge so you will need to charge it straight away before using it. Using the included USB-A to USB-C and a standard 5v 2amp USB charging plug it took over 12 hours from 0% charge. It works great, cranked over a 5.9l v8 with no problems, have not tried with a diesel engine though. Plastic housing feels kinda cheap but is strong enough to bounce around in my trunk and not break. It was surprisingly lighter than I expected. One thing to be careful of is when storing it in the included bag make sure the power button is facing in and the large connector is not in line with the power button. The first day it was in my trunk I tossed it in the bag without paying much attention and while it was in the trunk the power button was pressed turning on the light and draining the battery. Overall I’d say it’s a good value and gives peace of mind you won’t get stranded with a dead battery, just be mindful of the light getting turned on. Would have been five star if it had included a 12v charging adapter or a 120v USB charging adapter

   Great jump starter to have in care in case of emergency.
   This was used immediately upon receival since a friend needed a boost after visiting me. Even though the device battery was at 70%, it worked like a charm.
   Comes with a somewhat hard case that you’re able to fit everything in it nicely and just have it neatly tucked away in your car.
   Has a light, not the brightest, that has regular torch, strobe or SOS modes via simple button touches. Works as a power bank in case of emergency for your devices via USB port. Charge in through USB C in ( Cable Provided).

   Only issue I have is that the cables seem kinda flimsy and longevity of device may suffer because of this. For now, its a great life saver in case its needed. Battery has held since after used and fully charged, lets hope it has juice when its needed.

   This jump box works great in a pinch! When it arrived, it needed to be charged and took all day to charge. It comes in a nice protective case, but does kind of have a cheap feel. But don’t let that discourage you! We were able to jump a V8 Chevy with no issues, which is all that matters. It also has a light to help you out and is capable of charging your devices as well, but I’d save this one for your emergency jumps.

   I have a few of these battery jump starters, and this one is has the lowest peak amperage (at 2000A) of the 3, yet the cost is in the middle. Compared to a similar capacity but higher peak amperage (3000A), this one is 75% higher in price. It arrived at with a reading of 0%, so I charged it up to 99%. Using a Pixel 6a charging adapter, it took over 5 hours. I then used it and the included USB A to C cable to charge my phone. It charged from 67 to 77%, and this battery jump starter only dropped from 99 to 92%, which is actually better than the other jump start batteries that I’ve used. The battery comes in a sturdy, semi-hard case, that is likely strong enough to protect it when rolling around in the back of a car. Not having much else to go on, I’ll update this review if it gets used to jump a car. But more powerful, higher capacity jump starter battery packs can be found for less.
