Very disappointed with this product and support. Out of the box it was partially charged. However, when trying to charge the device to 100% the charge level did not budge even after 8 hours. Unfortunately, I did not try to fully charge until time to return through ezysurvival.com had expired. Trying to get some resolution from the company, but no solution so far. Expensive brick.

This is my second one of these, I think it’s such an important tool to put in every car. You can use it to jump your battery and it’s super easy to do. The flashlight on it helps if you need it at night. But you can use it to charge devices too. Make sure you take it out your car and recharge it from time to time. I am going to buy 2 more so I have one for every vehicle. HIGHLY recommend investing in this! The price is so good compared to the last one I bought (different brand) and with it being multi functional, it’s a no brainer. Nice that it comes with a case too.
