I bought two of these last year to have in a couple vehicles for emergencies. I charged them when I first got them and tested them, everything seemed to work fine. I finally had a moment where I needed to use it last month and it didn’t seem to want to operate. Only one light was turning on and the screen stayed dark. Suddenly the air compressor turned on and the thing started smoking within 2 seconds, then stopped. It’s been dead ever since, I reached out to buvaye their website and never heard anything back.

So I got one of these for myself to keep in the trunk and it has been so handy that I got 3 more for my family. But now, 9 months later, the thing stopped working altogether and just displays a “CA1” on the screen. I tried the reset procedure in the manual, but it had no effect. I tried reaching out to their so-called support email and the chat window on their website, not there was no response from either.

Purchased 2 of these for my children’s cars. We do a lot of biking so they were used a lot. Inflating tires, volley balls, pool toys. Recharged in vehicle or at house when needed. Also jumped a couple of vehicles with them. 1yr 3mo later they will no longer turn on. Neither of them. One shows full battery but won’t turn on and the other won’t charge at all. Tried charging cables that came with kit as well as others with no luck. Was good whilst it lasted. Just wished they would last a little longer. Will look into battery replacement but for the price probably easier to repair by replace whole product. Started with 5 stars now down to 3 just because of the use we got from these over the past year.
