   I was contacted by the seller after they read my review, and they made it right. Buy with confidence!
   I bought this in Feb 2024, and it worked great at first. Within 3 months it wouldn’t hold a charge. Status would initially show 100% charged, then when hooked to the vehicle to be jump started, the status would drop to 30-40%. You’d be lucky to get two cranks out it. I contacted them multiple times, and never got a response from them. So now, I unplug it, hit the buttons, and replug it in to attempt to get it up 100% and it might get to 60 or 70%. Save the frustration and buy a different brand from a different seller.

   I have only used this twice; each on a cold morning after not starting my pickup for several days. Both times it was still charged ok and started the PU right up first try each time. That drained it to 60% so I recharged and put back in PU ready for next time. It is probably time for a new battery but there were several months in between the jumps. Anyway, I am glad for it and the trouble it saved me and I have one in car also. Lots easier than getting another car there.

   I recommend to anyone to purchase a jump starter just to have in their car. Price can maybe be a factor for a deciding reason but do not cheap out on a jump start. The build quality overall from this unit feel so much better from ones that I purchase over the years under $100 ranges. A jump start can save you or friends and family when in a pinch. Recommend as purchases or even a gift for family and friends. It only take 15% battery life to jump start my honda civic!

   I originally purchased this jump starter in July 2023 and was pleasantly surprised by how powerful it was. It’s compact size makes it a great option for keeping in your vehicle, and it is much lighter than other bluky jump starters I have used in the past. There is a light that is built into the tool which is surprisingly bright and useful for low light situations. I was so impressed with the performance and price point of this jump box, I later bought two more to give as gifts to family members. Fast forward a year to July 2024 and the original jump box (purchased in July 2023) mysteriously stoped charging. Thinking I would just need to purchase another one, I decided to first send a message to the seller to see if there were any options to reset the tool. Their customer service team promptly replied asking a few questions about the issue and later determined it was a faulty unit. They graciously offered to send a replacement (even though I had used it for a year). I would highly recommend shopping with this seller!

   I purchased a different version with the same rating from another vendor and it failed on the first charge but the most important difference was that it absolutely didn’t have the capacity it advertised. You can tell if the unit has the capacity rating by the weight. This is fairly heavy and I’ve used this to also power my Christmas decoration lights for over 3 weeks! Had to jump start my Honda Odyssey once and started on the first attempt.

   Works flawlessly. Last time I needed it I had flooded the engine just before the battery died. The 3000 amps had the starter motor working better than it does with a brand new battery, and it took less than 30% of its charge to get the flooded engine running. I’m guessing that if I hadn’t flooded the engine, I’d have used around 5-10%. It takes longer to recharge than an average drive, so be sure to bring it inside for a full recharge after use. It’s good to check the battery level monthly, for a little extra peace of mind
   I’ve had it for a while now. It’s so much better than jumper cables, and so much lighter than my old lead acid jumper box
