Why is this happening? I followed instructions and charged up via my electrical outlet, then can not turn over my car….Forget calling customer service for this piece the woman is rude, condescending, and curt and besides all that, she DOESN’T LISTEN…I am mortified by my treatment…
It’s going to be hard to buy this again,,,,Take your chances…

I am a AAA tow op and was provided one of these for work. I have had it going on 2 years now and I love this little jump pack. It having a on/off switch is nice for not sparking up the place when hooking up, and the very loud “beep” it makes when you have a good connection is reassuring. Take note though, just because you don’t hear the beep dose not mean it is not connected. Sometimes with heavy corrosion or old batteries it might not beep. In general this little guy can start just about any car. The only time you will start to run into issues is if you are trying to start trucks/mid-large SUVs with batteries that are well below 6-8 volts or cars below 2-3 volts. Otherwise this will get the job done. I actually prefer it over the new NOCO’s they have started to equip the trucks with.
