   I ordered the Scatach jump starter for a trip. The starter has a lot of things going for it; you are supposed to be able to use it as a jump starter, it can be utilized as a power bank, it has a 3 mode flashlight, a digital display, several built in safety features, and it comes with a decent zip up case. I have verified all of the features as functional but unfortunately I haven’t needed it personally nor to aid anyone else so I can’t as of yet give my experience with the device as a jump starter. Between not being able to test the jumper feature of the Scatach and the mediocre (at best) plastic housing; I can give it a 4 out of 5 stars and a recommendation as a budget jump starter. When an opportunity to use it arises, I will update my review to include that data.

   My new car battery kept dying so I thought it was parasitic drain, I didn’t want to change the battery until I found the problem so this saved me from being stranded so many times! (Ended up actually being the battery that was bad) A full charge lasts for so many jumps, if you don’t use the light. Also it jumped off my lawn mower battery a couple times before I got a replacement. Awesome product, so glad I bought it!

   My battery died and I bought this to revive my car since even battery charger failed to revive it. I jumped my car multiple times and did not have to recharge it. I will definitely recommend this.

   This jump starter looks good and I like that I can use it to Jump start my car, as a flashlight or as an emergency battery bank. It also comes in a nice case that keeps everything nice and organized. The battery clamps seem to grab and hold well but are not very long. I have another Lion Jump starter that I have used for over a year and love it and was excited to get this one so I could put one in another vehicle. It is miserable to be stuck somewhere with a dead battery. I really hate to review a product without using it thoroughly but in the nearly 2 months I have had it, I have yet to Jump a single vehicle with it, so for now I keep it in the trunk in high hopes that it will do the job when the day comes, and perhaps I will get a chance to update my review.

    Okay, first I still have a Stanley car jump-starter, which I loved. However, it was (and is) heavy and much bigger than this one (see photo). The Stanley jump-starter did the job, but it was hard to lug around. Also, keeping it in the trunk added more weight to the vehicle. This Scatach jump-starter is much smaller and lighter, but still packs the same charging punch. It also has a flashlight feature which you can change to a signal beacon. In addition, there are other ports to charge your cell phone or anything that plugs in a USB Port. It also comes with a nice carrying case which holds the connecting cables, AC/DC plug in for charging, and instructions. I think I like the small size the best. Very nice product.
