The first that i have ordered did not charge the batteries past 12.6V (new and used 115ah). The five year old other unit that I still have charge them to 13.2v steady. Shipped it back and the replacement unit does exactly the same. I can’t rent batteries that are charged 75%. i contacted Schumacher support and apparently they can do nothing except telling me to send it back to where I bought it. It’s a shame that the same product dropped in quality and cost more. I will stick to the old one and my 30 cheap 8A chargers that does a really better job.

I actually bought this item a year ago, a couple of the banks stopped working. Schumacher stated I had to mail it back to them to get it fixed since it was under warranty however I had to cover shipping which was almost 200 dollars. I got rid of the itwm and purchased another one recently when I received it some of the buttons weren’t working so I returned it immediately to ezysurvival.com. Bad quality device do not recommend it malfunctions easily

The unit started smoking and making noise (electrical short). It is only nine months old with a 2 year warranty. They asked for pictures of the unit inside and out and then denied my claim because I opened the unit. Nice way to deny a warranty. I had another unit on order but canceled it once I received the warranty response. I asked for reconsideration. Really poor customer service.
