   This works great anytime I had to use it. The long cables help to reach the battery with ease. I have bought knock off brands that wasted my money. This brand is reliable. Jump started a multitude of vehicles and lawnmower. I charged my cell phone in no time when power was out. The on/ off button is necessary. I do not like the other knock brands that does not come with a on and off switch. I feel safe knowing it’s turned off so I don’t get fried.

   This is a basic but solid 12V jump starter (for use with any 12V battery). The package includes the 2250 Amp rechargeable lithium battery jump starter unit, a recharging cord (USB), a recharging cord (cigarette lighter adapter) and a nylon pouch. A fully charged unit will deliver 1 or 2 jump starts, depending on how much power is need to jump your weak/dead battery. Instructions state to recharge the unit after each use, which is highly recommended. There is a rubber cover on one end that protects the ports for both of the recharger cords (included), plus a USB-A out port that can be used to recharge a phone or other device. This unit is very simple with only 4 steps: 1. Connect jump starter clamps to the battery & vehicle chassis. 2. Press the start button (LED turns green). 3. Crank the vehicle (for 5 seconds). 4. Turn off the jump starter and disconnect. For the relatively high price of this jump starter, I thought it should include a nicer carrying/storage case but as I said, it’s pretty basic and will serve the desired purpose.

   I did purchase it used from ezysurvival.com to save a couple bucks but in return I believe I was not given the adequate charging cords tho I have made due with using my USB C. It is really compact but kinda long and definitely won’t fit into a glove box, that’s the only negative I have to say. This maker has been a stable in my family for a long time so I’ll always be a returning customer. As for buying this item used from ezysurvival.com it came in such a manner that it should have been marked “new” except for missing the wall charger) simply for the matter of NO scuff marks, no marks in the charging cable wire insulation and absolutely no signs of of use showing on the clamps. Pristine condition for the money, ease of use and battery life as well as functionality!

   I love the size, durability, and power. I don’t like the “clip on end” storage of the clamps. That seems like a major afterthought and makes it much less compact. This should be rethought. The clamps are a nice size and very strong. Also, for the price it would be nice to get a semi hard case with it not just a nylon bag. I still recommend the booster though.

   I bought this for my daughter and she has had to use it. She said that despite sitting in the frozen land that is the rocky mountains, it started her truck with no trouble. Its lithium ion battery is light, so its easy to move around.

   Worth the money in my opinion.

   I got this and I thought this is nice and good to have. Don’t know when I’ll get a chance to use it. Well this morning after 7 am I heard a knocking on my door and went downstairs to see my neighbor. Her battery had died and she wanted to know if I could give her a jumpstart. I grabbed this and went to her car, we popped the hood and connected this like it said in the instructions. In a minute she had enough juice to start her car. This is very handy to have and the best part is if you need a jump you won’t have to wait on someone else to do it for you. This is one of those things that every motorist should have in their vehicle.

    Cables are long and rugged. Good solid clamps that will fit the posts on larger batteries and terminals. The boost ability is there. It is light weight and durable with easy charging. I use this about 5 times a month. The instructions say full charge and then charge after each use but I have done three (8cyls) on the same charge. The led is bright and the sos function will alert other traffic in the instance you are changing a tire. Handy to have when you or you loved ones need it.

    I was able to use this to successfully start my 2023 Lexus RX350h hybrid that had a dead battery.

    This design, with long cables on the jumpers, allowed me to connect to the battery + connector in the fuse box and the far side of the engine block for the – connection (the two points specified by Lexus for jump starting the car). Other compact jump starters have very short cables that didn’t work for this car.
