very disappointed after ordering a new Sealey Battery charger 200 V4 which arrived with no mains plug.
So once plug fitted, the power unit will not charge anything and when trying to start a garden tractor (not a 3 litre vehicle that its supposed to work on ) no power boost either. Obviously never checked before it was boxed up by Sealey. I have now arranged to return item to you for refund and find out I need to pay for the return postage. I thought Prime covered all these sorts of issues especially as its a faulty unit. I will forward the costs of the return and look forward to hearing the response from Sealey once it arrives there.
