I bought this jumpstarter as a product of used but refurbished. (like New). I thought the refurbishment included a new Lead Acid Battery. I was wrong. The Lead Acid Battery is over 3-5 years old. It will not hold a full charge. It does not have the Amps needed to jump start a lawnmower much less a small truck as advertised. I paid full price for an old battery. Just know you don’t get what you want when you order 5-1000 miles away Over the internet.. You can sometimes get stuck with a re-sale product that the seller has been allowed to make claims that if known are legally understood as a false transaction.

JUNK! Purchased a second one of these for mom before Irma. Finally got it back for her a few wks ago still wrapped in its box and OT DOES NOT WORK, charge, nothing!! My first one is 50/50 but In all honesty, keep searching this ones for the birds! Sadly I’m not stuck with two of these monsters that don’t worn! But the smaller ones by different brands are fantastic!!

I really wanted to like this. It was a good idea but very poorly executed. The battery will no longer take a charge after one use. This will be returned for a refund and I do not recommend. I see others with similar problems and they likely use the cheapest battery they could find to place inside this product. The battery is the heart of the product and if it doesn’t work this is nothing but a giant paper weight

Product appear to be functioning, however many functions stopped working only 2-3 months later even though I only tested to see if they worked. This product was a waste of money. I wish i could return it since it doesn’t work.
