   My old VW van battery went totally dead so I got to use this for the first time. Took 2 seconds to connect and it started right up, I was amazed. It only used one bar of power of the five which is crazy. Then I was on a camping trip and my phone died, total panic mode. Then remembered I had this in the van and it charged my phone full in an hour. This thing saving me twice was worth every penny. My neighbor just bought one when he saw me jump the van in the driveway. Jumper cables rely on another vehicle, I feel so good knowing I can jump the van by myself wherever and whenever in under a minute. Just saw it on sale for $50 which is crazy!

   Yes, these really work! Charge the battery and put it in the car. No more jumper cables taking up space in my trunk and/or really on the kindness of strangers or to pay a towing company for a jump. Be self-reliant, keep one of these with you, charge it up every six months and get your car started in minutes instead of waiting for help! No idea why the darn car battery is simply not replaced with a battery this instead! Once you use one of these, you will never use jumper cables again!

   I appreciate the included accessories, such as the jumper cables, USB ports, and LED flashlight. However, I do wish it had an LED readout to display the battery level and charging status. This would be a helpful addition for monitoring the device’s performance.

   Loved how compact this unit is and intuitive to use. Carry case is perfect and is well protected in my saddle bags on my Harley. Battery couldn’t turn the engine over while bike in storage and the booster kicked it right over. Awesome!

   Our daughter attends rural college some distance from home. She drives an eldery Ford pickup that is parked in a cold, snowy lot all week, then must be ready to drive her home on weekends. The truck battery is not decripit…but not new either. This jump starter provides handy insurance that the truck can be started if the battery succumbs to winter cold. Also, the phone charging feature is bound to be useful. Having to rely on the compass would be troubling, but we digress. Photo shows size relative to a cell phone. We tested the jump start feature on a small farm tractor and found it will deliver strong power, easily starting the tractor . We tested it on a large, heavy tractor battery (900CCA) as well – the battery voltage was substantially boosted (although not connected to a machine).     Since the temperatures have started dropping well into the 20s now I’ve been on the lookout for a decent jump starter. I’ve had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with batteries far too many times that I decided to finally get myself a jump starter. I decided to try this product as it seems to have multiple features besides having the ability to jumpstart a car. It comes with a flashlight, which can come in really handy plus it also comes with two charging ports which can charge your devices such as cell phones and tablets or even a mobile hotspot so this could be a potential lifesaver as well. I gave this one a try and it works as expected the battery also charged within a reasonable time so I’m pretty pleased. It comes with a nice carrying case and it’s compact enough that you can easily put it in the back of your car without taking much space. I’m really pleased with my purchase and I’m looking forward to putting years of use into this charger.

For a peace of mind while traveling on road trips or just daily commuting, this battery pack (with a built in flashlight) will help get you to where you are going even if you driving with an older 12V car battery that may be giving you issue. Or at a minimun, you can use this pack to as a mobile phone charger through either of the built in USB-A ports in the event you need to make a call if your cell phone nbattery is low. This is indeed handy to have in your car or backpack, especially during the cold winter months. I recommend this item!
