It arrived on time. Works great. The air compressor hose fits behind a small door on the backside. The clasp on the door that holds the hose was broke when it arrived, however, it does not affect the air compressor functioning or the jumper. Overall, Great Buy. I have had to use it 5 times in the cold weather.

Compressor stopped working after less than a year. This was with very moderate use. I wasn’t sure what was wrong with it, and didn’t have time to call the company. After several failed attempts to get it working, finally called them and got this response: “Sorry, your warranty expired last month, but we would like to help you.” Their “help” involved returning the compressor (at my expense), and then having them take a look at it, to let me know how much it would cost to have them fix it. Gee, thanks. What wonderful customer service and product support. This company will not stand behind their products, and I will never buy this brand again. I’d advise anyone to stay away from Wagan products!

One came DOA – the light wouldn’t work and the other was missing some parts.
Seems cheaply made for the price. I have a 12 year old Black and Decker jump pack that seems much better in the quality department and I’m not a B&D fan.
