   You WILL need to buy a charger for this. It uses a USBC charger that is rated 5v 2a. The charging “cable” it comes with is just that a USBC to USB cable, not a charger. With that said this is a good device. It jumped a 2022 Sierra 2500 6.6L Diesel truck that uses (2) batteries rated at 730CCA each. The truck was completely dead and it jumped it as if it had 2 brand new batteries. Jumping it did take 20% of the batter power though but that’s still enough to jump a big truck a few times or regular passenger vehicles many times. I would personally put it on the charger at least once every 6 weeks to maintain battery life.

   These products work great. I have bought three for my family and they have jumped my car many times. I did have one that wasn’t functioning and the company replaced it, with no questions asked and no back and forth. They stand behind their product.

   Ordered and received. Worked great. Had an issue with the smart clip. It got so hot trying to start a truck the solder melted and the wire came loose. Contacted customer service to get the part number or where to buy one. They ask for my order number to get the correct one. Didn’t get the number but before I knew it there was a new smart clip delivered to me at no charge. Figured was out of warranty and would have to pay but was pleasantly surprised when the part was delivered at no charge. Own several of the, one for each vehicle and side by side.

   This is one of those items that everyone should own. And buy one for your loved ones. It keeps a charge for a very long time. Even after starting a vehicle. It comes with a case that holds everything. It is small, so it easily stores in your vehicle without taking up space. It is so simple to use. There is also a spot to charge your cell phone or any other rechargeable items with a USB port. It is very good quality.
   This makes a great Christmas gift.

   We bought this to jumpstart the car down at our condo in Florida. It worked once. When we finally got back down to the condo we tried to charge it and it was charging at a snails pace which shows that the battery is defective. Tried to return it but they gave a short window for returning. Kinda hard to do if you have a home in Michigan and then a home in Florida. So I guess we just have to suck up the loss when clearly the unit is faulty. I believe I do have electronic coverage through ezysurvival.com, I’ll have to try to dig and find that now and see if they could do anything. Either way it’s just a big hassle. I’d rather stick with a company that I don’t have to worry about if I’m quick enough, I would rather work with a company that sticks by their product.

   So I drive an 05 Duramax diesel GMC truck that uses two batteries and being a diesel requires simply more power to jumpstart her. I knew this was gonna be a challenge. I almost went with the most popular device, but it just was not powerful enough. I borrowed one at AutoZone, it didn’t crank my truck so I knew I needed more than a 1000 almost home with a 2000 but then I started doing research for multiple days because if I was going to do this it Hass to be a great unit because I might be in the middle of nowhere and that’s gonna matter I am aware that one of my batteries is shot. I need to replace it but also wanted to test how cool these units are so I didn’t replace my battery. I bought one of these units and I bought this particular one because it a higher capability and charge storage, it was rated to jumpstart diesels. I looked everywhere, and this was the best price for its large capacity capability a couple weeks later here I am my truck is dead. I broke out with it. I set it on the battery that’s terrible shut out and it cranked my truck with a force that I could hear quickly immediately my truck started up it went from 100% charge to 87 giving me the confidence that perhaps I could get a few more jumpstart out of it before I would have to recharge it member less now that my truck is on I put it to charge on my cigarette lighter and it’s already charging back up. It’s up to 93% recharged by the time I finished this review I’m simply impressed by the product because of its capability, and its price point.

   I bought this and used it 3 times and it died. I loved it because it is easy to use and not bulky. I emailed the company and told them it would not work now, and they sent me out a new one. This works good and I would highly recommend this booster pack.
