These are my first pair of so-called “tactile pants”, so I have nothing to compare them to. I use them primarily for hunting in north Texas and can say that they perform perfectly in the woods. I wish hey we’re a little more boot cut as they are almost too tight for standard cowboy boots, but they’re not bad. They’re great for my lace-up lightweight hunting boots, but too tight for my heavy insulated winter boots. The material feels very rugged and it holds up well in the briars. I’ll definitely buy more.
